You have the power over your mind – not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.

How can you improve your ability to ‘Thrive and Survive’ in the workplace? The term ‘resilience’ is used by psychologists to refer to your ability to cope well with stressful events and their consequences. The word ultimately derives from a Latin term, resiliens, meaning to ‘spring forward’ or bounce back into position. But how do you achieve this when you are under pressure to deliver, stressed, or simply want to be able to manage energy levels in a demanding work environment?
I offer a variety of training possibilities in ‘Stress Management and Resilience Building (SMRB)’. Using my experience in psychology and mindfulness-based stress reduction, with my specific SMRB training, I design bespoke sessions for your organisation. Sessions offered are from 90 minutes to longer half day, full-day, or three-day workshops.
Sessions include some understanding about the neuroscience of stress management, the power of breathwork, mindfulness-based stress reduction exercises, the importance of mindset and awareness of internal language patterns. It is practical and relaxing with a list of resources to take away.
