Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is a secular approach to assist my clients with stress management anxiety* and pain. Developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre in the 1970’s, MBSR is a scientific exploration of behaviour, mindset, emotions, and actions, using relaxation and breathing techniques. I have trained to deliver this to both individuals and executives. However, I have adapted the approach to apply the practice in small everyday existing experiences that can be adopted to create calm and focus: my Kaizen Mind way!

Simply put, mindfulness is the desired attraction to mindfulness. I call mindfulness, just me noticing, right now, with kindness and compassion as it is the most important experience right in this moment.
