Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy

The cognitive-behavioural approach to hypnotherapy is the main evidence-based approach to hypnotherapy and draws heavily upon psychological research on hypnosis and suggestion. I use CBH with my clients to support challenges such as confidence, stress management and resilience and behavioural change. It is an approach where the client is deeply relaxed and fully aware of the process. It does not use trance state as is typical in some other forms of hypnotherapy.
