Coaching is all about transformation; helping you, or your team, to grow and become capable of achieving more of what is wanted in all aspects of life.

After years of studying behaviour and psychology, I have created two dynamic approaches that flow together for the client: Mindful Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Kaizen.

NLP is a powerful approach that will enable you to intuitively connect with yourself. I first do this by training you to observe and understand your state. Then we examine how you represent the world around you. I will help you to uncover any limiting beliefs you may have. I will help you to discover newer more empowering beliefs. I will teach you techniques that you can continue to use after completion of your coaching programme.

Cognitive Kaizen is my own approach. I have created it using various psychodynamic approaches that help us to explore your conscious and subconscious processes. In traditional business terms Kai means ‘change’ and Zen means ‘for the better’. My Cognitive Kaizen approach is all about changing your mindset and belief systems to achieve continuous improvement and a growth mindset.
